Refund Policy
ECOSWA operates in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws and specific regulations governing educational events and clinical training programs.
1. Right of withdrawal
For online purchases and digital products, participants have the legal right to request cancellation within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that they have not attended the course or event and have not received full access to the content.
2. Practical courses, cadaver labs and clinical activities
Courses involving:
Specific clinical materials
are non-refundable once registration is confirmed, due to irreversible operational costs and institutional regulations.
3. Exceptional cases
In exceptional circumstances, ECOSWA may, at its sole discretion:
Transfer the paid amount to a future course edition
Allow participant substitution
Financial refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.
4. Cancellation by the organizer
If a course or event is canceled by ECOSWA, participants may choose:
A full refund of amounts paid, or
Credit toward a future training program
